Fusion modlist install on fitgirl-repack

I recently wanted to play Fallout 4 again to try out the DLCs. Since I only have the regular Fallout 4 version on Steam, I downloaded the GOTY-Edition from a certain fitgirl, which is the steamversion.

When I try to install Fusion via Wabbajack, it is unable to find the game tho. Now I already created a steamappid.txt file in the gamefolder, and inserted the appid and changed the installpath in the registry to no avail.

Is there any way to make Wabbajack locate the gamefolder, or to manually install the modlist?!
