One of my recent patients told me that they almost went to another practice because ChatGPT recommended them instead of my practice, is this something other practice owners are also facing in today's world?

I have been running my practice for about 11 years now, we are a small family practice, we currently have 400 Google reviews, 4.9 stars, I think this is good. Last week a new patient told me that she almost went to another practice because "ChatGPT said that practice was the best cosmetic dentist in area." She only came to us because a friend referred her. I went home and asked ChatGPT the same thing, we weren't mentioned, and the practice it recommended has half our reviews and has been open 3 years. Does anyone know or have recommendations on how I can fix this?
