B450m pro failed to detect 2080ti and 5070ti simultanously.

The b450m pro have 2 16 lane pcie 3.0.

One is x16 other is x8.

I first install 5070ti on x8 slot test and gaming a bit and it work.I assume this is equal to oculink 4x4.

Next i install 2080ti on x16 while 5070ti still on x8.have to remove shroud or the pcie riser for5070ti will get in the way.

Power on and successfully get to windows but both furmark, afterburner and device manager only see 2080ti.

However i have this owl3d software that see 5070ti.

My cpu is ryzen 5 5600g.There no m2 install but 2 sata slot are used.

Any ide why?
