The relief of finally getting diagnosed

Newly Diagnosed

I F24 got my autism and adhd diagnosis two days ago and I just have to share it with someone that understands. After not being taken seriously by the mental health system in my country for over 6 years I finally found someone that actually saw me and believed me. My friends and family keeps asking me how I feel about it and honestly I only feel positive feelings. I finally know why I am the way I am and hopefully will get the recourses I need to continue my studies and get a job that works for me. I was so scared that I had just imagined everything that when I finally got the diagnosis I almost cried of relief. Also does anyone have and tips on how to disclose my diagnosis to people when starting at a new workplace in a way that makes them understand without immediately judging and stereotyping me?
