Underwear

Ok, what kind of underwear are we all wearing. I was wearing the very, very thin synthetic ones with the cotton liner. I'm tired of the part that covers your vulva not being wide enough on most brands...I am a size 6 and that area of my body isn't any wider than the average I assume. I think I'd like to find something that is 100% cotton but I still want the fabric to be super thin. I wear synthetic tactical pants for work and although they have stretch and extra fabric in places that bend, I feel like the work pant fabric might be contributing to the itching. Recently found out I had a yeast infection which must have been low grade because the itching wasn't extreme and I am generally not prone to them. Any recommendations?
