Mod that adds a "Lightning aspect" enchantment?

I am on 1.20.1 and use forge. I want an enchantment that uses a lightning or electric effect when I hit an enemy, kind of like a Lightning version of fire aspect.

The closest i could find is a mod that only works on swords, but i want it to work with modded weapons, such as Spartan weaponry.

Other enchantment mods add a chance for lightning to strike which is ok, but I'd prefer a Lightning aspect enchantment.

Does anyone know if an enchantment like this exists? I appreciate the help.
