Can I have some career path advice ?
I 27 m was a landscaper for 8 years, and I switched to a career in grounds keeping for a school district. I maintain sporting event fields as my main job, but I move around working in mechanic shops, driving dump trucks, limbing / cutting down trees, and working with irrigation. I’m starting to feel like a jack of all trades, but a master on none. I’m interested in going to night school or taking online classes. My main problem however seems to be picking something. I’m leaning towards learning to be an electrician, but I feel like living in a blue collar world my whole life I’m incapable of thinking outside of that realm. Does anyone have and guidance on some paths I could take ?
Side note just to narrow a few things down. I want to move from the state I live in the next few years, so a trade or skill I can move around with is ideal. I have school fund i never got to use, so paying for school isn’t the biggest issue. A 4 year degree isn’t really what I’m looking for. More like to find what I’m looking for with a tech/ online course.
