Pahelp naman po, PhilSys says I’m “not registered” kahit sabay kami nag-register ng sister ko

My sister and I registered for the PhilSys National ID on July 2024 and sabay kami nagpa-register and we both completed the biometrics and received our transaction slips.

Pero when I tried to check my record sa eGov PH app, it says I’m not registered in the system, while my sister’s record shows up normally.

I still have my slip so I know I finished the process. I’m just wondering bakit ganito yung lumalabas sa system.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Did your record eventually appear later, or did you have to contact PSA or register again?
