Are bitdefenders AV Free (the app) and Malwarebytes Free enough to keep me safe?

So I may have clicked into some sketchy links on my android phone before and I've been really paranoid about this. Right now I have malwarebytes free and Bitdefenders Antivirus Free, I'm not really sure if they are enough to keep my phone secure. Is it possible for viruses or any harmful stuff to go undetected or disable those antiviruses upon infection and can viruses exist without being a file?
Also I've heard factory reset can remove most malwares if no restoration is made afterwards. But are viruses capable of disabling factory resets or just straight up make them not work on them at all?
