Excellent Customer Support

Just wanted to leave a note of feedback here for GameSir customer support.

I'd recently encountered some issues with my controller (G7 SE) and posted on the GameSir Discord looking for assistance.

GameSir Soul helped me out, getting photos and videos of the issue and very quickly came back offering to send out a replacement controller to me.
The whole process was very quick & easy, and was some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while! Both the handling by Soul and the general decision making they have with regards to product replacement have left me very happy.

Happy I bought my controller, it's been an excellent bit of kit and this experience just adds to the feeling that it was a good choice.
