Vinted ID Verification

Hi community,

I need some help regarding identity verification. After my original account was permanently banned for no reason at the beginning of the year, I started using a friend's account instead.

(To this day, I only get automated responses and they haven't told me why I was banned. Even Vinted Legal is just sending AI replies now.)

Everything was going great until today, when we hit the payout limit and ran into a problem. The account is in her name, but we’ve always withdrawn the money to one of my IBANs. To access the balance, we have to complete an ID check.

Does the ID have to match the name on the Vinted account or the bank account? Also, I already linked my own ID to my old (banned) account.

Has anyone dealt with this before? We can't even use the balance to buy things on Vinted anymore...
