This game feels like a scam

I bought this game after the Nintendo indie presentation expecting a clever puzzle game with a good story to go with it, where you go around exploring a mansion, I didn't research it much because people said it's best to "go in blind"

Imagine my shock when I was met with roguelite indieslop with a repetitive slot machine gameplay loop designed to waste your time and hook your lizard brain with stupid RNG mechanics, where you have to do the same 3 lame ass puzzles over and over hoping for a good RNG roll on rooms.
