4ws vs non-4ws 4th gen

I own a SI Vtec 4ws bb1 4th gen prelude with an LSD transmission. The problem is that it has rear quarter damage and is deregistered. (Quite a pain in the ass to repair damage and get re-registered in New Zealand)

I have been waiting to come across an equivalent registered rolling body / with blown engine to swap my driveline into so I can finally enjoy a prelude again.

I been offered a SI Vtec bb4 non ABS that I could swap my driveline into but I lose 4ws & ABS. I can live without ABS but I feel like I will be missing out on 4ws.

What are people’s opinions on the 4ws in these 4th gen’s? Is it worth potentially waiting a potential long time to enjoy my prelude? Or should I just pull the trigger?
