So if you Transute: Prismatic into Transmute: Chaos it can break the game

On Briar, first augment tank engine, second Transmute prismatic into Transmute Chaos into vampirism and slow and steady. All was good with the high roll until I hit lvl11.

The game flashed my lvl11 augment which was prismatic and skipped over it to what I assume is the lvl16 augment which was gold. I was offered no augment when I did eventually hit lvl16.

Then the real fun happened, I got no anvils from high roller, if I died I could only buy 1 item/anvil. I lost my lvl11 augment to the abyss and my game was permanently in a grey death screen.

In addition to this which is even more ridiculous, my abilities literally had minimal cooldown, so I wonder if the augment I was supposed to get on lvl11 was recursion or something but it didn't show?

Obviously won the game but with 5k unspent because I could only buy 1 anvil on death.
