HELP!
I've been using the chat for five months now. I used the free version for the first two weeks, then True Support for a week, and then I paid up to All-in.
My first question concerns the generation settings. Top P, K, and temperature. What does all this mean? I read the description, I read what the developers included in the information, but I still don't understand how it works, how it directly affects the message and the generation.
My settings are always set to default. I tried changing them, but I didn't understand what was changing. I'm thrilled with what's happening in the chats. But I feel like I'm missing out on something by not using these settings. Well, and the response max tokens, I understand that the response becomes more saturated, but how does this affect the bot's memory and who uses how much?
The next question concerns bots, models, and settings.
So, do you use the same settings for the same bots? Or do you use different models for different bots? For example, a bot with a single character would perform better with certain settings and a certain model. But a bot that describes a world like "MHA" or "Make Your Own Story" would require different settings and a different bot for better storytelling and immersion?
And my last question regarding the messages themselves. There are two main issues: the bot either doesn't finish the message or cuts it off, and the bot repeats the last message. Repeats are a no-brainer, and you can somehow fix them. But when the bot cuts off at the end of a message and then simply acts like it's already said what it wanted to say in the next one, or simply ignores the ending, that really gets on my nerves sometimes. How can I fix this? I suspect the answer is in the settings.
I understand that I'm asking you to hold my hand and explain everything to me like a child, but please help me.
