Building a productized service around AI readiness what I'm learning

I kept hearing the same thing from potential customers: "We want AI but don't know where to start."

At first I thought the answer was consulting go in, audit, build solutions. But that doesn't scale and creates dependency.

So I built a blueprint product instead. Customer fills intake forms, I deliver a complete 12-week AI enablement program: roadmap, facilitator playbook, materials. They run it internally with any facilitator.

No recurring consulting. No vendor lock-in. One-time deliverable.

Still early (launched recently), but the core insight is that most companies don't need AI tools they need structure first. The "enablement gap" between wanting AI and being ready for it is where the real value is.

Would love feedback from other SaaS founders. Full writeup on the problem: origin post
