If Meta Glasses leak captured videos to strangers, does the Quest 3 do it too?

It's allegedly prohibited to share the passthrough cam data with Meta, but if they do it on the glasses are they doing it on the Quest too? I live in the EU, where as far as I know there are stricter data restrictions than in the USA. (I can't even use Meta AI)
