TaskUs Application (PEME before final interview)

Hi! So I applied sa TU QC. I passed the assessments and the initial interview. Sa initial interview, I was told that I was being endorsed to this specific account, but if I fail the assessment following the initial interview, I will be profiled for another account. But after the initial interview, the TA told me there is no need for me to take other assessments and that I could go home, but I should keep my lines open for updates regarding the final interview. But then, they asked if I could accomplish the PEME the same day and I said yes. They referred me to a diagnostic clinic and covered all PEME expenses. I was also informed of the start date for the account I am being endorsed to.

What does this mean? What should I expect? It's only been two days but I am kind of anxious and I have no idea what to expect. My friend who is also an employee at another site told me that if they referred me for PEME and covered the expenses, that pretty much means I am hired. But I am still waiting for the final interview.
