Wow, this is how you do business?

I have a been a customer for years with clear st9ng 2FA....my account ia locked for a 2FA reason and now you are making me jump through hurdles to trade? Seriously? Locking people's accounts and not supporting timely unlocking is a nasty combination that says something about kraken's brand. Very disappointing that this is how you do business with a loyal customer.
