Shadow pc

I was using Shadow pc for a couple of years to play star citizen with no problems. I stop playing for a few months because of life ,I got Shadow pc again to play but it now uses Windows 11 and I can't get the game to start. Any suggestions or way to get the game to work ? appreciate any help.
