Is my Support gameplay too passive?

Those are 2 of my placements, ill end up in Gold 1 or plat 5. Streamers and other people make fun of how unsentient plat and below is but im genuinely trying.

I know im missing easy sleeps on ana but I wanna call myself at least sentient. I also try to be aggressive when possible to deal damage. Please tell me what I can improve.
