Theme based restaurant for kids birthday

My kids 3rd birthday is in a few days and I'm looking for a theme based restaurant with good Veg and Non veg food for around 20 people.

He loves cars, so something around that theme or something else but different is also fine.

Anywhere in Navi Mumbai is fine, or even Panvel side is okay. I'm from Panvel(just moved) so not sure about quality of local themed restaurants.

Appreciate the help which will make a kid super duper happy.
