Vitamin C

hello,

has anyone found that vitamin c supplements has helped wound healing? my abscess wound never healed and my partial fistulotomy wound is still stubborn after 5 months..

I was just wondering now if I could take some supplements to help - maybe vit c or collagen? keen to know if these have helped anyone
