So basically, i messed up my Physics and Chem, both i did from zero in gap days.

Expecting ≈45/70 in Physics, ≈40/70 in Chemistry. Only did alright in PHE might get 61-62/70 in that.

I thought i would salvage 82-83% in my 12th Boards if i do well in Maths, but I've wasted my half gap days again, same as Chemistry.

I don't know why after PHE, Physics, Chem, i just lost all motivation, gave up, slept all day, procrastinated, had some mental instability, idk why i feel like im on ADHD and OCD spectrum. Had a lot of irritability and extreme aversion to studying with a major loss of consistent focus, it wasn't this bad with Physics and Chemistry. Basically I'm now extremely irritable to sitting on the table and consistently studying.

So guys, please help, what can i do in the next 4 days? The situation looks dim, and I'm also at zero in English.

I've only done NCERT of Matrices Determinants Vectors 3DG LPP like a month ago.

What do i do now, Now I'm starting to have the mental pressure of the exam again. I might not even cross 75% like this (sadly i topped my school in 10th class, so now i have pressure because of that too, fck society 🤡)
