Looking for this visual mod???

Can someone please help achieve this look in game? I had accidentally taken that screenshot in 2018. Wanted to replay Skyrim, but I cannot seem to find anywhere how I achieved this almost black and white depressing gloomy look.

All I remember is:
- I found it in a Youtube video talking about making Skyrim more dark and depressing
- It had multiple presets in game and one of them 3 or 4 was the dark depressing one
- It has settings for darkening the night so it is pitch black (I think?? unless it was another mod)
- I think it was ENB but no idea which one

Thank you
