Could you teach a bird to dance?

I don't know a whole lot about birds but one thing I know and love is that some male birds to attrach females do all kinds of dances. My question is could you teach a bird that doesn't normally dance to dance? like just for fun? there is a lot of smart kinds of birds like which I imagine could figure out how do to it if they were taught. But I have never seen anyone attempt such a thing, maybe it's for a reason? are some birds not allowed to groove?
