Guidance for job.

Hello everyone, So I am preparing for Backend Development in technology .NET CORE. So today I got one offer for fresher role for the salary of 12k and 15k for 2 yrs with compulsory bond. They are using.net framework(web forms), MVC . So should I for one more month and prepare or accept this offer.

Need guidance as I am getting little bit confused here.
