Working as a freelance while working full time?

Hey guys!

I’m working as a full time soft dev in a company 40hrs a week.

I have a lot of free time outside of the job and I would like to make worth of it. Does anyone get through these things? especially the taxes and Iva?

Do you think having a commercialista is necessary even if I don’t know if I will be able to earn money at all? Because I never done freelancing before during all my career (which is 2 years). I do already have a commercialista, but I only do my year end taxes with them.
