Looking for Gluten Free Touton Recipe

One of my children was recently diagnosed as celiac. One thing they really enjoy having for breakfast sometimes is toutons. We currently buy gluten free dough from a bakery that is delicious, but it's expensive. Just wondering if anyone has a gluten free recipe that is delicious that they wouldn't mind sharing?
