Could N-Acetyl Semax Amidate be lowering or impacting my cannabis tolerance?

I recently decided to try N-Acetyl Semax Amidate nose spray and I definitely don't see any negative effects. one thing that I can't quite put my finger on has been my night smoke session. it didn't happen right away but I'm about halfway through a 30 day cycle and suddenly my nightly toke is absolutely kicking my ass. Like being stoned for the first time again, to the point it's almost overwhelming.

could this be related or just two completely unconnected things my brain is trying to make sense of incorrectly.
