Auto injector recommendations for IM?

I’ve been looking and trying to find a reusable auto injector for IM injections into my thigh and I feel like it’s impossible to find any or the websites look weird and dodgy. Does anyone have any experience with any auto injectors that take any standard 1ml syringe?
