Enable do not disturb, silent mode and disable orientation lock IF my phone is plugged in between 11pm and 8am (on a weekday)

Struggling to make it work, i need the above to only happen when connected to power between 11PM and 8AM, like a sleep mode

If possible, i could do with the silent mode and do not disturb to turn off at 8am even if still connected to power and then the orientation lock to toggle after disconnect from power ,

is this possible?
