Radiophobia 3 seekers quest line

So , I have found all the bodies and talked to the Seekers leader. Next, I found this laptop and gave it to the hacker guy on Freedom base. He told me to wait for some time. At this point , I have finished the main plot and there's still no answer from him. I've tried sleeping for multiple days ,still doesn't work. Is this quest line bugged or is there a certain trigger that I'm missing? Did any of you encounter the same problem?
