Should I become a mobile home salesman?

Evaluations

So I just finished an interview with a mobile home company that also handles the financing for the home and can help get land.

The sales manager seemed nice honest sincere. Could just be he sold me on the job.

My biggest concern is this job will be 100 percent commission.

The commission per house is roughly 4-5 thousand. Or 25 percent of the gross profit if I sell it at 30 percent gross profit. My questions are Is this a stave job?

Has anyone done this for years? Is the risk worth the reward? I currently make about 45k a year

. It seems like this would easily put me over that mark maybe like 65k a year or more.

I do have sales experience but I have been trying to get out of the sales industry

I am in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I also speak Spanish, they made it seem as if there were a lot of Hispanic customers. Any advice would be welcomed thank you
