I can't verify my address! - New account

Hi,

I've been trying to verify my address for more than a week, I have submitted my ID card, driving license, utility bill, bank statement and they denied all of them.

They keep saying it's "not an acceptable form of Proof of Address" or it "does not contain any address."

All of my documents only have the province or village I live in, they do not have detailed address.

is there anything I can do?
