Not easy to trigger light links

does using not easy to trigger light links work? it seems like gwynn’s light link doesn’t work on mythic ikora even though it should/ complements her playstyle but kabrs works with four horned ram. even mythic ikoras light link doesn’t work on arbalest explosions
