Renewing an old driving license after leaving the country

Hello,

I used to live in Saudi Arabia and had a valid driving license at the time. I left in 2013 on a final exit, and my license expired after that.

Next month I am moving back to Saudi Arabia on a new visa and will get a new iqama.

it possible to renew the old license using my previous iqama/records, or would I need to start the process from scratch?

I don’t have the physical copy of the old license anymore.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
