Best landlord YouTubers?

Any recommendations for media personalities/ Landlord advocates who write/make videos on changes in the market? I need a new one.

Bit of an opinion piece but has anyone else met Suzanne Smith in person and had a weird experience? Been a massive fan for years, she seems so down to earth online. I met her at a landlord conference recently and honestly came away pretty disappointed. I was complimenting her, saying how great it is that she puts all this content out for free, and she basically snapped at me and went into how much money she’s made previously as a lawyer and that she doesn’t need to make money. It felt very much like I was being looked down at and as If I was stupid or something. Just felt a bit unnecessary? i wasn't attacking her, I was literally complementing her. It’s left a really bad taste, still think the content is useful but I no longer want to watch her. Does anyone have recommendations for people worth following instead?
