Company not willing to provide a proper LWD email/ proof!

my last org's HR and manager is not willing to provide a proper last working day email stating my LWD and their designation. This document is essential for me to join my next org and I'm feeling very helpless!

the resignation acceptance email doesn't have the designation of the person approving it and also he's no longer working in my previous org, so can't use that as a LWD document.

I've escalated to VP but not sure if they will do anything plus I have already submitted my laptop and other items.

my joining date is tomorrow and I'm helpless!
