Pan card issues in bgv. Father's name in pan card VISHWA RAM and in all other certificates it is VISHWA M R what do I do.🥲

Hi, I have a doubt regarding background verification for Accenture.

In my marksheets my father’s name is written as VISHWA M R, but in my PAN card it is written as VISHWA RAM

Everything else like my name and DOB matches.

Will this cause any issue during Accenture background verification? Has anyone faced a similar situation?
