Should I go back to work?

37 and recently had my third baby. My first two are older (5&7) and will be in school full time. Starting over is hard, I have a work from home full time job and make 67,000 a year. The extra spending money is so nice to have but for the pay my job is so demanding and stressful. My bosses constantly zoom me all day I will be on calls with them for over 2 1/2 hours straight my one co worker/boss is such a talker it's exhausting . They are alarmists and everything is such an emergency my nerves are always shot I have a more admin role and i kinda hate it.

I really just refuse to do daycare I had an awful experience with it with my first so I'm thinking of trying to find a babysitter to come morning/? My husband prefers me to stay home (we can afford it) but then I lose my job and money and what will I do in 5 years when this baby goes to school? I'm at a loss but man I do not miss workingu on this mmaternity leave! Would you go back to work for my future and money or stay home and enjoy time off with the new baby?
