Looking for server

Looking for a cluster server to start playing, I need a balance of normal or close to normal rates for resource collection, while having base decay rates and breeding rates that are full-time employed friendly, I'm considering official p v e however it's always a nightmare to find open bass spots and since you can't pick up wild dinosaurs it makes it rather annoying when taming up my dinos, obviously that doesn't matter as much once I'm reading, but with all the bases and Foundation spam it's hard to find spots for traps, looking to avoid the startup hassle really, however I also don't want to be spending real world money to compete against other players for stats, if the server has donation packages for purchasing options that's fine as long as they don't include the ability to buy dinos structures, saddles, tools, etc, that's all fine
