Missing save file??

Ok so i had to reset my switch 2 and I log back onto it to load up Legends ZA only to see my Data GONE. All the 345 hours I put into GONE. Now this was the switch 2 edition. So I thought hey let's check my Switch 1 save maybe its still on there but no its GONE. I checked the console there's no corrupt data and the game is not supported with cloud. So i was wondering is my data truly GONE or is there a way to get it back?
