My pregnant wife is experiencing severe stress and expressing suicidal thoughts.

Me (30)M and my wife (25) is having financial problem since we decided to get married, I dont know but I think all the problems are keep coming to our life , first is when my wife got an ectopic pregnancy we didnt expect it of course , so the doctor advised us to get a surgery as soon as possible we didnt have enough money but thankfully the operation is successful, here comes another problem, the bill is so big that we made my motorcycle a collateral so that we can get out the hospital we also take loan from different people.

After a year my wife gets pregnant again we did not expect it because she only have 1 fallopian tube now because of the ectopic operation. I had a stable job but my salary is not always enough because of loan deductions that almost half of my salary went into it.

after my first baby gets born, 2 months after he got a cough and a cold i dont know why but the doctor suggested to get a 2D echo , unfortunately we didnt get to test him because we cannot afford such test. When my baby turns 11 month old we admitted him to the hospital because of severe pneumonia and the financial problem gets bigger and bigger , thats not it after he turns 1 yr and 4 months we admitted him again to the hospital because he had a difficulty breathing and the findings again is pneumonia.

We cannot take a break from this problems rising but I didnt lose hope that someday we can overcome this problems, but my wife is pregnant again , we always use contraceptives and pills but she gets pregnant again. I dont know what to do now and my wife is expressing suicidal thoughts already.

The people that we borrowed money gets angry now and threatens my wife to post her face in social media , my mind is blank now and I dont know what to do anymore.
