Purchase Convert BDO

Hi everyone.

I just need assistance or opinions regarding my recent purchase in my BDO credit card.

I made a purchase worth 25k, and I want to split the payments. Before BDO sent me sms for purchase convert but now 5 days on I received nothing. I remember I called customer service and they processed my request. My last call however they just advised me to maybe wait for a few more days for a new promo.

Unlike last time I can’t pay this in full. The time when I need credit card to function is the time I feel like it is useless.

Please advise.
