Issues this past week or so

I have a dedicated IP that for some unknown reason just won't connect half the time on my Google TV. I've had issues on my phone also where browsing just doesn't work until I disconnect from my IP or connect to another server.

it's super frustrating, what's going on? anyone else getting these issues lately? seriously considering moving to another VPN when my sub finishes.
