How long does it take for RBZ to process international payments?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with international payments being processed through the Reserve Bank. In early February, my dad paid my tuition fees to a foreign university through the bank. The payment was initiated before my deadline, but the money is still being held by RBZ for processing. It’s now been about 5 weeks and the funds are still being held.
