Is there a way to defeat lust

Im 17M and every time I try have my mind straight and distract myself, by the time I realise, I always fall to lust. I tried distracting myself by playing games and other things but some how I return to the first place. Do you guys have any other suggestions or advice? Thank you in advance for help✌️
