Question about FM Mobile 2026

I know they've changed how you unlock things like 'sugar daddy' and 'seat on the board' but is there any other way of unlocking said achievements other than playing ten seasons or being mega successful.

Can the game be modded or a save file added to allow you to circumvent the need to play for ten seasons?
