Whenever I reach out, I get ignored.

I’ve been trying to be more social this year but it’s been a disaster😭 In the past, I always waited for friends/family to reach out first and I would never initiate convos. But this year I’ve tried being the one to reach out first and all I get is silence!!! I don’t understand why suddenly nobody wants to speak to me lol. Being left on read (by many people) hurts so much
